- A small thing turns into a big meltdown, and you're not sure what to say.
- Your child says "I'm fine" and shuts down.
- You want to stay calm, but in the moment it's hard.
- You'd love tools that work for the whole family, not just the kids.
Wild Inside gives you simple tools, practice, and real support. We can't promise a perfect household, but we can help your family build skills that last.

Get support
Five private 45-minute calls with Aman or Audrey to fit the tools to your family.
What a week looks like

About 15 minutes of interactive play, together on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Five minutes
A small family activity, like a feelings check-in at dinner or three slow breaths.
A private call
A 45-minute call with Aman or Audrey, built around your family's real life.
What your child will learn to do
Kids will practice
- Naming what they feel and how big it is
- Using a calming tool, like slow breathing or the pause button
- Listening and noticing how others feel
- Talking through a disagreement without blowing up
- Bouncing back after a hard day
Parents will practice
- Responding with calm and curiosity
- Using simple scripts in meltdown moments
- Managing their own stress first
- Building a family routine for connection
Every child grows at their own pace. These are skills we practice together, not guarantees.
